I cannot say enough wonderful things about Fabio. I did a nearly whole house remodel with him. Three bathrooms (fans, tile on floor and in tub/shower, new tub, vanities, light fixtures, hard ware etc), a whole new kitchen (Cupboards, countertops, sinks, and floors), new flooring and paint throughout, a new staircase, and even a cat door so I could finally get my cat box to the garage. I have a 1500 square foot townhome and we embarked on this journey right after Thanksgiving in 2017. I was told six to nine weeks and the project was complete before the end of January, so right on schedule. Fabio was timely, always in and out of the house when he said he would be. He was considerate of our schedule and was even willing to work on his "day off" if he was in the middle of something he wanted to finish. In retrospect picking this time of year to do a remodel was a bad idea, but somehow it was bearable because he was so attentive to my family's needs. His work is beautiful. The finished product was far more amazing than even I anticipated. He met me at home depot to help me pick fixtures and a tub, and went above and beyond to do the job right. He has tremendous pride in doing his work right, and he makes you feel like he loves your home as much as you do. He does not cut corners in any way. He has immaculate attention to detail, which worked great for me. He had patience with my controlling, always in the mix personality. He was patient with my continuous questions and took his time explaining and doing everything in his power to get me exactly what I wanted. Fabio was immaculate in his clean up. Every day he left, he cleaned up far better than I would have knowing I was coming back to mess it up the next day. But we lived in the home the whole time and this sure did make it far more pleasant to be in the mess when it was a clean mess. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the finished product and I will call Fabio anytime I need work done in my home. You will not be disappointed.
