Introduction: In this 6-week series, using both slow movements and fast steps, we'll get you dancing in your first class! Learn all the basic tribal belly dance steps in a 6-week cycle, incorporating core strength and posture. Learn to dance the basic tribal belly dance steps in a variety of formations such as duets, trios and quartets, plus intro to zils (finger cymbals).
This class is perfect for learning the foundations of ATS belly dance. It is also the ideal class for those of you who just want to dance for fun or as a workout. Even if you have never belly danced before, this class is for you!
Classes are every Tuesday (6:00 p.m. to 6:55 p.m.) and Saturday (11:00 a.m. to 11:55 a.m.) and are open to ages 8 and up.
