Kyra F. says, "Robert and Bobby were excellent servicers. They cleaned my AC unit and fixed my furnace which had ceased blowing hot air. Both are in great condition now. :) Robert and Bobby were very friendly and personable. Communication was great. They were also very friendly to my dog - my dog couldn't get enough of them. They were also able to come by later in the day (closer to evening) for the consult, which worked for my schedule. What ultimately made me decide to go with Robert and Bobby is that they didn't charge me for consultation. Before I committed to them, I contacted two other services who each requested I deposit $150-$200 for a consult -- before I was even sure I would go with them. And I just can't afford that in this economy. Overall, I really liked Robert and Bobby's client-first approach. I would work with them again in the future."See more
