Billy catered my husbands 40th birthday and everybody simply loved the food! Both adults and kids enjoyed the food equally. Billy was very willing to work on vegetarian options with me and was responsive to my queries. The guests packed and took the leftover food which says a lot about how much people actually enjoyed it! The presentation was on point too.

Oh my goodness, I cannot rave enough about our experience with Anita and Joe’s Catering! They delivered 5 star service at every step. Kayla and Billy were not only incredibly professional, but SO VERY nice and kind along the way. And the best part - the FOOD!!! Billy is so talented and his food was fantastic. We had billy cook a buffet style dinner for 25 of our friends. First - I need to say, I hate buffet’s. The food is never exceptional, it is typically dry and cold, and rubbery. However, Anita and Joe’s changed my mind forever that buffet style food can be fantastic. His chicken and tri-tip was delicious. Many of our guests raved it was the best chicken they had ever tasted. We also had a warmed vegetable dish and their famous potato salad. Their appetizers were great too, and their cucumber dip was addictive. SO GOOD! We finished it off with a decadent apple cobbler. All in all - the dinner to celebrate my Husband’s big birthday was such a huge success and we have Billy and Kayla to thank for this. We look forward to working with them again when we are in the Seattle area.

I feel lucky to have found Anita and Joe’s to cater my tea party meal, they we great to work with from meal planning to delivery and set up - They did it all! My guests were amazed by the food and the portions were generous!

Chef Billy did an amazing job catering our event. Communication prior to the event was effortless and thorough. He was on time, and kept the kitchen spotless throughout and after the event. Each course was delicious and spaced just far enough apart to not feel rushed. The seared scallops and beef tenderloin were especially scrumptious. It was a perfect evening. I highly recommend his services.

We try to stay competitively priced and work with budgets with our customers as much as possible. We understand that jobs are all unique and work with the customer to give them their unique experience for a price they are happy with.

Open communication is key. We always want our customers feeling free to contact us with any questions or concern. We set up meetings with our customers to game plan their needs and ensure that there is a great foundation for continued dialogue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides generational training from a young age, the chef has a culinary degree as well as 14+ years of experience. He also has a business degree.
