Introduction: My goal as a cooking coach is to help students develop their palate, trust their taste and adjust flavors as they go. Whether your goal is to be the type of home cook who can make magic out of whatever you have on hand, or meal prep like a boss, or make adapting to a new diet more successful, or host a dinner party you can be proud of... it takes more than learning a few new recipes! It takes cooking alongside an intuitive chef who can coach you along the way!
I was lucky to have a dad who taught me to cook, to be curious about flavors and creative in the kitchen. It made cooking fun, rather than feeling like a chore or something I wished I could just outsource. I loved it so much, I started a food blog and after years of blogging and working as a personal chef, I've realized that my true passion is in helping others also find joy in cooking intuitively!
We'll start by assessing your kitchen & pantry, discussing how to select high quality produce, organizing bulk goods, etc. Once you're set up with a well stocked pantry and an efficient kitchen, we'll work together in your home kitchen to prepare several meals that you can enjoy all week!
I specialize in plant-based cuisine, including: vegetarian, vegan, gluten free & plant-based keto. Most of my students are not strictly vegetarian, but want to learn how to make vegetables more exciting!
I also offer one off cooking lessons that focus on a single menu, but for students that want to learn how to cook intuitively, I offer weekly, biweekly or monthly lessons. Let me know how I can help you!
