They are extraordinary contractors. They show up every day and on weekends if needed, their work is true European craftsmanship, and they are the nicest and easiest professions to work with- this is my third major remodel- and no contest- this was the best experience. My husband even said how lucky we were to find Wise Choice Construction-and comments every day on what an amazing job they did. They took our dilapidated 1980’s house and turned it into a stunning, upscale, functional residence that exceeded our expectations in every way. And they came in exactly on budget! Svat and his crew are the best and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again on future projects.

Wise Choice lived up to their name. As first-time homeowners we weren't sure what to expect, but Wise Choice not only executed ahead of schedule but provided valuable advice. We have recommended them to our friends and they'll be the first call for future projects.

Their name really should be "Only Choice" Construction!
Amazing work ethic, craftsmanship, punctuality, amiability and innovative.
We had a roofline alteration project turned down by others, saying "oh, this can't be done". Wise Choice immediately saw how to make it work - and they did!
We also had them remove a never used side garage entrance door and redo our deck stairs.
We are so unbelievably happy with everything they've done.
Wise Choice will be our ONLY CHOICE for any home improvement project going forward!
