Jacqui was asked to jump into a very difficult situation and she was absolutely marvelous. I watched Jacqui train four dogs for a commercial shoot, in which, she had very little time to prepare and time was of the essence. It was a complete success! Jacqui has a confident demeanor and knows how to work with animals proficiently. With over 6 years of experience, I can't think of a better trainer for our commercial shoot. Jacqui is kind and respectful and was the lynchpin in ensuring the success of our shoot and ultimately our commercial spot. We could not have done it without her. If you need your dog trained, call her right now! You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Jacqui for all of your help! I will be calling you again, when my director tells me that our talent is a bunch of pooches. You rock!Feb 3, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I like to take into account the different needs of each customer. Dogs who need basic training will cost less than dogs who need more advanced behavior modifications. I also factor travel time and other expenses into my quotes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I grew up around all types of animals and started dog-sitting at a very young age. About five years ago I started training dogs for the nonprofit organization, Guide Dogs for the Blind. I have now been training in the Seattle area for almost two years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work? When I started college I was not allowed to train guide dogs for the blind and let them live in the dorm with me. Because of that, I decided to train dogs privately in the Seattle area.
