Joe did a great job assisting us with our dryers and dryer vents. It was hard to find a local Seattle-based company that was responsive. Our dryers were very difficult to access because they were stacked on top of each other. He was very polite, on time, and very thorough, our dryers are working a lot better. He had some pretty cool tools that were able to clean out the dryer vents fairly quickly. He gave us some good advice on how to keep our dryers working properly and his prices were very competitive. The dryers were taking forever to dry but now they dry in less than 45 minutes! We also feel safer that our dryers are no longer a fire hazard. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

I don’t write many reviews but Joe definitely helped us out when others couldn’t. Our dryer wasn’t drying our clothes any longer to the point we thought it was the dryer itself. After a tech came out to look at our dryer they told us it must be the ventilation. So we tried calling a few places but no one was able to come until at least another week or two. Joe was able to fit us in at the end of his day due to our circumstances and help us out. He made sure to let us know when he was in route which was a nice touch. He was timely and above all very polite. He walks us through what he was going to do, what he found, and what to look out for as well as maintenance tips to help prevent our issue. I couldn’t believe how much lint and other build up there was in our dryer vent. On top of it all he left our laundry room cleaner then it was to begin with which was appreciated greatly. Thank you so much for helping and fitting us in!!!!
