Face painting by Hoopla was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had with someone who has provided me with a service. She arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time, was extremely professional and the services she provide really exceeded expectations!!! With 7 children, ages 3-8 she devoted all her attention to each child individually and never stifled their creativity (Spider-Man received some jewels). The balloons were truly art. I cannot stress enough: YOU WANT TO HIRE HOOPLA!!!!! Completely received my money’s worth!!!!!!

The kids loved their balloons! She was on time and made the extra effort to twist balloon animals that go with the Chinese zodiac as I requested. I would definitely use her again.
