We’re happy to adjust scopes to fit your budget, and we never tack on surprise fees. Our goal is to deliver quality work with clear expectations — no fine print, no fluff.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking five essential questions: 1. Photos of the project 2. Zip code or project address 3. Your budget 4. Timeline for completion 5. Details specific to your scope Once we have this, we build your estimate, schedule a walkthrough if needed, and assign a licensed trade specialist to your job. From day one, you’ll receive clear communication, a written Scope of Work, and our Crafted with Care Commitment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes licensed general and specialty contractors with certifications in construction management, project planning, and code compliance. As owner, I bring over 30 years of business leadership along with licensed general contracting credentials in Washington State. We stay up to date with Seattle and Puget Sound permitting, safety standards, and manufacturer training programs for every trade we offer.
