- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straightforward. My minimum job is two hours at $65 per hour. For larger projects, I’m happy to discuss a clear total price in advance. Materials are not included unless agreed on beforehand. No surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking for a short description or photos of the project. Once I understand the scope, I provide a clear estimate for time and cost. We agree on a schedule, I arrive on time, complete the work carefully, and clean up before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience with furniture assembly and small home projects. I regularly work on IKEA and flat-pack furniture, shelf installation, door hardware, light fixture replacement, and small household repairs. I focus on careful, safe, non-licensed work.
