- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How We Work with New Clients 1. We discuss your project. You tell us what needs to be done and send us photos. We carefully assess the situation and suggest the best solution. You can discuss all the details by phone, via messages, or in person—whichever is most convenient for you. 2. We arrange everything necessary. We agree on the scope of work, timeline, and cost, and draw up a contract, so you know in advance what will be done and when. We select and purchase all the necessary materials ourselves, so you do not have to spend time searching, comparing, and buying them. If necessary, we involve specialized professionals. 3. We complete the work and leave everything tidy. We treat your home and property with care, using shoe covers, gloves, and protective coverings. We monitor the quality at every stage and inspect the completed work together with you. We clean up the work area, remove construction waste, provide the necessary documents, and settle the final payment—you receive a finished result without any unnecessary hassle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in home repairs and remodeling. My training includes Retrotec Certification for Single Blower Door Operation (DM32X) and BPI Building Science Principles Training. My experience includes roof repairs, repairing rotted structural components, replacing windows, doors, flooring, and insulation, repairing and building decks, and interior and exterior house painting. This background helps me assess repair needs, select appropriate materials, and find practical solutions for each project.
