Chris provided excellent, professional service and did outstanding work. He was a prompt and clear communicator, he completed the work within the timeline and cost estimated, and he built a beautiful TV unit for us. The subcontractors he used were great too. We had a number of things done with Chris recently: new fence, catchment wall, remodeling the stairs to the basement, and doing some smart cabling through the walls. It was done surprisingly quickly and painlessly! What we really appreciated in addition to the great work was: 1) getting our input on designs / look and feel of these different projects and 2) he recommended other improvements we could do to the house that would be pretty easy but low effort/cost. We enjoyed his work so much, we’re eager to get him back here soon to rebuild our chicken coop! :)

I assess every project thoroughly and provide customers a detailed estimate for time and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I meet with customers and assess their space to understand their goals and needs. Next, I'll provide an estimate for the work desired. Once the customer accepts the estimate, I schedule the work, provide a detailed project plan and timeline, and execute the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the trades most of my life and have extensive operational management experience from my time working in the Fortune 500 (Deloitte Consulting, LLP, Amazon). I am a licensed General Contractor in WA state (#604608137-001-0001), and am bonded and insured.
