- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clear pricing is agreed before starting. For some jobs, materials are included; for others, they are billed separately depending on the scope. The focus is on doing the work properly with the correct materials, so it holds up over time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding what needs to be done and what the expected outcome is. For smaller jobs, I can often provide a clear price upfront. If needed, I can come by for an assessment. Once agreed, I schedule the work and come prepared. After the job, I send a clear invoice through my system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former licensed deep-sea marine engineer and navigator on cruise ships. I have done extensive work on larger estates, homes, and commercial properties, including dental office maintenance and repair. I previously owned a handyman business in Florida, but am back in Seattle to be closer to my son.
