I do general home repair and upkeep with the best mix of quality, time, and price - whether that's a beautiful durable paint job or a quick fix to keep rain out of the garage tonight. -painting -basic carpentry -lawn maintenance UNIT TURNOVER -picture hanging -TV hanging -drywall patches -door lock replacement -door repair -shelves -closet organizers -garage space saving -deck repair -deck treatment -window cleaning -window restoration, glazing -roof cleaning -roof patches -moss removal -lawn mowing (I do not own a mower) -beauty bark -tree and shub install ***I do not currently have a bond or insurance so if your job requires that you will need someone else*** *I typically charge $75 for the first hour (travel, material pickup, app fees, logistics) and $40/hr after that. Depending on the job I can do a day rate or charge less if I finish early.

Jacob is a life saver! I struggled with rehanging a door after taking it down to replace the hinges. At my wits end after struggling with it for the better part of a day, I reached out to Jacob and received a call back almost immediately. He was on his way home but was able to stop by to see if he could help. It took him a few minutes but he was able to get the door aligned properly and hung on its frame. He also provided some tips and pointers to avoid potential future issues. After all this, he wanted to charge me nothing (for reference, others were quoting me $100+ for a few minute job)! Jacob is really fantastic, knowledgeable, and genuine - I will be calling on him again for his handyman services. Thank you again, Jacob! :)
