Johann did an excellent job of sanding and preparing a well worn paint job on both my entry way deck and stair. Also, my side deck with the same effort and professionalism. Johann also repair a sagging deck step and the result was outstanding. The fixing of the step had been a problem for many years and had been ignored. Johann’s efforts were well planned and he worked between rain and conditions not good for painting. He planned out the time frame for completing the as the weather permitted. I intend to identify other projects that me his attention in the future. I highly recommended him and can stand by his skill and effort.
