- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can hard bid the job ***typically for longer, bigger jobs*** which I ask for 50% down at the beginning and the remainder when completed. My hard bids include materials. However if in the case of un for seen complications, the possibility of additional costs may ensue. All of which will be communicated and addressed with you promptly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to meet the customer where the work is to be completed. Assess the scope and labor and answer any questions you might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my knowledge has been acquired threw hands on training with experienced craftsman. I have worked the retail side of the home improvement for a number of years which greatly instilled a wealth of know how in the field.
