FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The purpose of a home inspection is to determine whether or not there are defective or unsafe aspects in a home. Once discovered, it is very important to not only list those items, but to provide alternative solutions for their corrections, and their approximate costs. If an inspector does not have this range of experience, the client is left without any sense of the gravity of a issue, and placed at a disadvantage in real estate transaction.
