- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our staging base rate is $3,200 for three rooms. We offer 45-day market launch packages with renewal rates of $350–$450, based on the original staging fee, or 90-day furniture rental terms with $100 renewals. We also offer occupied/blend staging and consultations to prepare your home for market; these services are quoted separately based on the project. Contact us to discuss the package and scope that fit your property. Junk removal is quoted separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to discuss your goals, timeline, and the scope of the job. Once we have the project details, we send a bid by email or text. After you accept the bid, we coordinate a date and add your project to our calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in real estate since 2006. That experience informs my staging approach: highlighting a home's best features, making rooms feel welcoming, and helping buyers imagine how they would use the space.
