Pam Ellis is a very special home stager. When I moved into my condo she helped me choose paint colors, told me what absolutely had to be changed and what could wait and guided me as I tried to fit my existing furniture into a new space. Pam knows every aspect of home staging and styling: furniture, walls, outside, and more ... even the rooms you don't think of, such as the dining room and hallways. She knows about every type of furniture and fixture. When I needed a new kitchen faucet, she guided me to choose one within my budget that I'd never have considered on my own. Pam's artistic background gives her an eye for color and line. She doesn't just settle for what fits and what coordinates; she looks for impact and what will help you achieve your goal, whether it's comfortable living in your home or getting the most money when you sell. Most of all, Pam is so much fun to work with! She has a delightful sense of humor and a warm, giving personality. I can't imagine hiring anyone else to stage my home when I sell.

Worth every penny! We hardly recognized our home after Pam and her team had staged it before we listed it for sale.Using as many of our existing furnishings as possible, Pam supplemented with additional pieces and artwork/accents, arranging them to bring out the best attributes of our home. She provided a detailed quote first, so we knew exactly what to expect for budgeting purposes. Within four hours she transformed a rather plain, "ho hum" interior into something worthy of House Beautiful magazine. Nothing short of amazing. We couldn't stop touring our own home when she was finished! Actions speak louder than words and I am pleased to say that we had a full price offer within just 13 days after listing. Every agent who showed the house commented on how beautifully it presented to potential buyers. Pam is extremely talented at interior design/staging and it shows. Make sure a stager you hire is experienced and understands the strategy behind staging, After many years of staging I've really come to understand the importance of packaging, in this case, the package is your home. it's a lot more involved than just putting pretty furniture around
