Five stars for S.H Home Staging & Design! I’m Robyn Rodriguez, a real estate broker (with Realty ONE Group Turn Key) and I cannot tell you how DELIGHTED I am to have finally been able to utilize their staging services. I’m a firm believer in the power of staging a property: statistically it makes your home sell faster, it creates an atmosphere of bright potential for its new buyer and best of all, it gives buyers context as to what their life and furniture could look like in their new home. That said, having been in the industry for so long, I’ve seen a lot of really rough staging. Dinged furniture, clearance price tags still showing on the items, and sometimes things I find to be in poor taste. When I reached out to Kate at S.H Home Staging, I had already looked up their work online (their Instagram is gorgeous) and was hopeful it would be the right fit. It was! Kate was so kind, so amenable to my requests and concerns, and the designer she sent out (Hannah, I believe!) picked out an excellent collection of pieces that really helped the townhome shine. It feels modern, it feels clean and it feels like quality. Real beds, pretty furniture and comfortable spaces. You could sit at the dining room table and chat during your showing, or enjoy the couch while you discuss your offer. The quality of the staging is significantly better than other companies I’ve seen/used, the professionalism of Kate and communication has been excellent, AND the price was very competitive. After getting a few quotes for my clients, they knew S.H was the company to go with. In this weird and uncertain time regarding the real estate market, one of the best things sellers and listing agents can do to stand out is to create an emotional connection with the buyers in a house that feels like a home. Staging can do that, and S.H Home Staging and Design does it best. Highly recommend.

With two of the exact same floor plans hitting the market I was so nervous! They did an amazing job staging my listing and making it look like a home, not just another nice home with very fancy staging. It was amazing, helped everyone see themselves in the home- we have received multiple compliments, Kate has been a DREAM to work with. SH Staging & Design was a solution to a large problem and worth every penny. I cannot say thank you enough and I’m excited to work with them again! (No exaggerations here- check the photos!)

Andrew was very instrumental in helping us sell a Bellevue home recently. He offered several cost effective options to save our client money. He knows how to best accentuate homes with open space and vaulted ceilings through his selection and strategic placement of avante garde artwork. His attention to detail included leaving several classic literature pieces by Jane Austin, F Scott Fitzgerald, and Murasaki Shikibu, etc., on desktops and coffee tables around the home, which helped create some great conversation starters among a variety of open house guests from different cultural backgrounds. Andrew was efficient in getting the home staged on short notice, and he took the time to vacuum and wipe down all surfaces after removing his furniture and other decorative pieces. Specifically for these reasons, his service has been added to our Sotheby’s International preferred staging vendor list. I can’t recommend him enough for those listings that require a little extra panache of style and sophistication.
