Andrew was very instrumental in helping us sell a Bellevue home recently. He offered several cost effective options to save our client money. He knows how to best accentuate homes with open space and vaulted ceilings through his selection and strategic placement of avante garde artwork. His attention to detail included leaving several classic literature pieces by Jane Austin, F Scott Fitzgerald, and Murasaki Shikibu, etc., on desktops and coffee tables around the home, which helped create some great conversation starters among a variety of open house guests from different cultural backgrounds. Andrew was efficient in getting the home staged on short notice, and he took the time to vacuum and wipe down all surfaces after removing his furniture and other decorative pieces. Specifically for these reasons, his service has been added to our Sotheby’s International preferred staging vendor list. I can’t recommend him enough for those listings that require a little extra panache of style and sophistication.
