Pilar and her staff are punctual, and dependable. She cleans our home several times a month and has cleaned a rental for us. She can work independently or in the midst of us coming and going … Her husband is a landscaper whom I also recommend. She is very nice to work with.

Booked for 2 cleaners and only one showed up and she said she’s the owner. She spent 2.5 hours cleaning 3 bathrooms only and it was not clean. The shower doors looks untouched and the countertops and faucets still have water spots. Cabinets was untouched. When asked her if she’s done with that particular bathroom she said yes. I pointed out to her what’s dirty and could use some touch up, she was in there again but still look the same after. I’m frustrated and don’t trust this single cleaner cleaning the rest of the house, therefore I let her go after. I guess I will have to clean the rest of the house before my guests show up. First time turning a cleaner away like this but just can’t stand the service given.
