This was the worst assembly experience I have ever encountered, carried out by a team lacking both expertise and professionalism. They showed no care or precision, even going as far as drilling multiple unnecessary holes in my cabinet, ultimately causing significant damage. When I inquired about whether a pull-out mechanism would work, I was told the door was different. I questioned how it would function without a handle on the actual pull out rails, and the assembler claimed a handle would be installed. However, after the assembly, there was no handle, and the only way to pull out the rails is by grabbing the exposed metal bars, which poses a serious safety hazard, especially for children. I strongly advise against hiring this team for any complex assembly work. Dmitri, the supposed manager, never appeared on-site. Instead, he sent someone else, then asked to pay the worker despite the poor quality and hazardous outcome of the job. Very disappointing experience. Not sure why they have 5 stars in Thumbtack.
