The service was ok. Came late, basic cleaning for a total of 3 hours for $180 2beds, 2.5 baths. Bathrooms were cleaned but did not clean the door of the bathrooms. Overall experience ok. 8/10

I hired the company for a move-out cleaning of my older townhouse, and Karina did an outstanding job. The house has three bedrooms, a narrow staircase, and a lot of dust from years of living there. Karina tackled everything from the inside of cabinets to window sills and light fixtures. She even managed to remove pet hair from the carpets, which I thought was impossible. The landlord was impressed and returned my full deposit. Very reliable service and excellent attention to detail.

Svitlana cleaned our large family home with an open floor plan and high ceilings. With two kids and a dog, keeping things clean is always a challenge. She focused on high-traffic areas like the living room, kitchen, and entryway, and everything looked and smelled amazing afterward. The kitchen counters, stove, and sink were spotless, and the kids’ rooms were neatly organized without moving their things around too much. Svitlana was polite, hardworking, and very thorough.

We regularly offer discounts for repeat customers and special promotions throughout the year. Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees - you’ll always know the total cost before confirming a job. Reach out to learn about current deals!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we connect with the customer to discuss their needs and cleaning details. After agreeing on all specifics, we schedule the date and time for the cleaning. Our cleaners arrive on time with all necessary equipment (unless the customer provides their own supplies). Once the job is completed, we review the quality and process payment as agreed. We are always open to feedback to continually improve our service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members undergo thorough training in professional cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the proper use of cleaning products and equipment. Many of our cleaners have prior experience in residential and commercial cleaning, and we continuously provide ongoing education to ensure the highest quality service.
