I hired Christy Lynn Abram to design our bedroom space. She came and took a look, took pictures, and we talked about my budget, likes, and style. It was an easy and relaxing first meeting. Then she set up a pintrist common board where we exchanged pictures & ideas. In just a few days she posted a color scheme and a purchase list including pictures and links to online purchase of the items. It was so easy! My husband and I bought the items, painted the room, installed crown molding, changed the light fixture, and replaced some of the furniture. She came back to the house for the the final reveal. It is magnificent. It feels luxurious to have space that is so warm, inviting, clean, luxurious, and functional. I hired her for our office space that day! My experience with Christy was a team effort. She is very kind, patient, and easy to communicate with via phone, text, and email. She is quick and happy to respond to all questions. After sharing my style on Pinterest and communicating likes/dislikes, Christy did a great job putting together all of the pieces. She emailed an "eDesign" type picture of each room concept, which helped to visualize the space and to make decisions. In the end I purchased some of her recommendations, but also found items on my own to complete the look. Happy with the final product and looking forward to settling into our new apartment.
