When we first met, Melissa was great. She put me at ease and made me feel secure she was going to help me and my husband have a wedding of our dreams. Unfortunately, we had the opposite.
My mother and our closest friends were the ones to bring to my attention that Melissa was MIA throughout most of the day. The whole day was chaotic. I have been a pretty chill bride and she alone has made me cry countless of times thinking back on our day.
We lost our wedding certificate because she was the last to have it. We never signed it!
She never coordinated a walk through with the bridal party. We lost many sentimental items that night since she neglected to pack them up for is like it is stated on her website. The whole day was a mess. I should have asked her if this was her first wedding because it was seemed like it was. I have to mention she never spoke with the photographer, caterers, or DJ to coordinate a DAMN thing. Our photog missed many shots, our DJ never coordinated our dances, and our caterer left with many of our belongings! I hope this review will help any brides.
