Introduction: My name is Jim. I started working as a personal trainer when when I graduated from The State Academy of Arts in Norway. I made my dance that focuses on loosing weight and building lean bodies. I use my own music in relaxing sessions, etc. I have transformed people's lives around the world. I have worked in France, Norway, Zimbabwe, Sweden, Denmark and Canada including South Africa!
