I’m a U.S. Army veteran who turned my passion for cooking into a career. After my military service, I attended culinary school at South Seattle College and earned certifications in Food and Wine Pairing, Silver Service, Table Etiquette, and Décor. I also trained at a superyacht academy in Antibes, France, and interned in the South of France, learning from Michelin-starred chefs.

I had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Maria cook for me and my 9 friends, and I can’t recommend her enough! She prepared a wonderful salmon pesto pasta, a fresh and tasty strawberry bruschetta appetizer, and a comforting apple crumble for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious!
Maria was amazing to work with — so professional, friendly, and attentive. She made my 30th birthday celebration truly special and stress-free. The food, the vibe, and her service exceeded all expectations. Such great value too!

Maria delivers high quality, delicious, fresh and creative meals in a convenient way that has been so fantastic for my family. She makes it easy to have healthy, delicious meals throughout the week. She adapts to preferences based on diet and taste and adjusts as she learns more about what works for us. She has introduced us to new dishes and flavors while also bringing tried and true favorites. The meals are equally enjoyable for my husband and I as they are for my toddler and any guests in town. Maria is thoughtful in prep, professional, convenient which makes it so nice to have great meals AND a clean kitchen.
