My life has completely changed for the better because of Big Iron. In May 2023, I joined and became a lifestyle client. I did the Groupfit classes they offered and started on a nutrition plan. I’ve lost over 40 lbs as well as prepping at the moment for my first body building show this upcoming June. The environment/community Laura and Jamie have created is unmatched to anything I’ve ever experienced. It’s pretty awesome and I’m so glad to be apart of it. The new location in marysville has a ton of amenities plus members can come to free posing classes each week. If you haven’t stopped by this gym yet, you’re missing out!

Joined a few months ago. It's a small but really well-equipped gym. In response to some of the comments below, there have been noticeable changes in the past week or two: namely calibrated plates, a new paint job, and new lockers. I wouldn't normally leave a review, but I'm so impressed by this gym's management because they seem to be invested in continually improving this gym. Keep it up, Big Iron Gym!

The Big Iron experience is one of my favorite gyms in the country. The people are great, energy is great, and the owners are great. I would highly recommend Big Iron Gym not just for the lifting and training, but for the community. Special place!

If you are looking for a body builder gym this is the spot! No frills just gains. The vibe is great and so is the team and members. Hard to find a non pretentious gym in SLU. Big Iron is a great price for those just looking to hit the gym hard.
