Personal Training
I started working with Brit at the end of March when COVID really hit and everything shut down. Our initial months were virtual, and then luckily we were able to switch to in-person. Every single session I have had over the last 6 months with Brit has been amazing - she pays careful attention to my form, pushes my physical limits (in a safe way), and challenges me to push myself further mentally. Brit made a training plan for me 100% tailored to my goals, my body type, and my workout style. I honestly could go on and on about how amazing she is not only as a trainer, but as a human being, but I’ll cut to the chase... Brit has changed the way I understand nutrition, and taught me so much about how to properly fuel my body. I am leaner, and I am so, so much stronger - but more than anything, Brit helped me regain confidence in my body. She helped me re-train my brain to recognize beauty in strength, and pushed me to show me what I am truly capable of. If you are lucky enough to get a spot on her schedule, you won’t regret it - it will change your life... she certainly changed mine.

If I could give Brit 100 stars I totally would. I contacted her Feb of 2020 because I was done and tired of telling myself that I needed to lose weight for years and never did anything about it. I was the heaviest I had ever been at 160 pounds, hiding in baggy clothes and because I carry most of my weight in my abdomen area it was getting to the point that I could only wear sweats and leggings and hated leaving my house for anything or attending parties because I always felt bloated and fat. I have lost 12 pounds since working with Brit and can finally wear jeans again and try on clothes without having a mental breakdown about doing so. I still have a long way to go in achieving my goals but without her I don't think that I could have achieved this on my own. I am truly so thankful for her, she has always pushed me and supported me through this process. No matter what your fitness goals are Brit is who you want on your side to guide and teach you.

A natural superstar!! “Gets it”. Cool, calm, collected. Focuses on you. Listens intently and quickly summarizes your intentions whilst fully understanding the challenges of balance. From a physician’s perspective; one of the most holistically knowledgeable coaches ( training/nutrition/wellness/wellbeing) I have met who practices what she preaches. GO BRIT!!!!

Brit is the fifth personal trainer I've worked with in the past 15 years, and by far the absolute BEST. I started working out remotely through Zoom with Brit earlier this year when I noticed I was headed in the WRONG direction with quarantine and knew I wanted to both build muscle and lose weight. Since I started working with Brit regularly, I lost over 14 lbs and gained a lot of lean muscle in less than 6 months. Here's what makes working with Brit so great: 1. She tailors eating plans to meet client's various sensitivities and works with clients on replacements where needed. 2. She measures results and holds her clients accountable, while being encouraging and sympathetic to how hard it is to change certain habits. 3. She meets the client where they are: Brit figures out where the client is and slowly builds up over time. I could barely do 5 pushups when I started and just did at least 30 the last time we worked out - for most women, pushups are TOUGH! 4. Brit is FUN! I love chatting with her about dogs, diets, COVID-19, you name it we can chat about it. The time passes so quickly I sometimes forget I'm working out while we're chatting. And I'm chatty! :) Thanks for all that you do, Brit, your clients are lucky to have you!
