✔️ Private Facility Access – I work out of select private gyms across the area for those who prefer a gym setting.

I've been training with MJ since October after switching from a local gym in West Seattle, and hes been worth every penny. His approach, attention to form, and serious mindset keep me progressing week over week. He accepts zero slack, but his passion is obviousyou can tell it means something to him when his clients are winning. He does more than whats asked, always checking in and adjusting workouts to fit what Im looking for. Beyond training, hes a real person and a good dude. MJ is an incredible trainer and Seattle is lucky to have him! I started working with MJ with the singular goal of losing weight after having two children. But after 3 months, not only has my entire physique changed, but my outlook on my health and my body is so much healthier and holistic. Further, our strength training and core program healed my diastase recti and pelvic floor issues from post-partum that I anticipated pursuing through more invasive therapies. He not only wants you attain your physical goals, but he also takes the time to understand other barriers to health you may be fighting and he works with you to address those. He is assertive and confident which in turn help build those qualities in his clients. He will push you but also listen to you. You will leave every session feeling stronger and more confident which in turn will enhance all other areas of your life.I recommend him without any hesitation or qualification. Get ready to work!

It's hard to believe it's already been a year. I started working with MJ winter 2023, before he founded F I T H O U S E. I'm honestly so proud of how far we've come together in this time. Ive seen him work tirelessly to give his clients what he feels we deserve! When I first began, I was feeling insecure & overall dissatisfied in the state I was in. However, his constant pursuit of bettering himself is infectious & literally MAKES you confident enough to go get your goals! The progress is a given, but MJ is such a rare find in the fitness world. Someone who really cares. Truly 10/10
