Holly is a great motivator and trainer! She has helped me go from a sedentary lifestyle to an active one by encouraging activity on off days, as well as pushing me on our workout days. Her attitude is always supportive and she always has my overall health as a top priority, not just my fitness. She consults on nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, and other health topics. Holly is friendly, very knowledgable, challenging, kind, and inspiring. She is an excellent listener with a great sense of humor who is very perceptive about how she can help you, and also knows when it's time to challenge you to go a bit further with your workout. Holly is extremely flexible in terms of scheduling, and has been super about accommodating me and my workout partner. She understands the demands of professionals and parents, and is willing to adjust accordingly. No two workouts are ever the same, so I never feel "stuck" or bored with working out with Holly! I trust her implicitly to know what we should work on each time. Holly is also knowledgable and supportive of good nutrition and healthy weight loss if you are interested in that. But she is clear that the number on the scale is not as important as the way you feel. And I feel great! Without focusing on it, I've lost weight and fat percentage, and gained muscle, and I feel so much better, happier, and stronger since I started working with Holly.
