Holly is a great motivator and trainer! She has helped me go from a sedentary lifestyle to an active one by encouraging activity on off days, as well as pushing me on our workout days. Her attitude is always supportive and she always has my overall health as a top priority, not just my fitness. She consults on nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, and other health topics. I would recommend her to anyone looking to make a positive change in their health!

Holly is the best trainer I've worked with. She legitimately cares about your needs, and is encouraging in a real way (none of the "you got this dude" stuff). She adjusts workouts each time to adapt to your energy level, or areas you want to focus on that day. But she always works with you on a long-term plan and goals as well. Highly recommend her for all fitness levels!
