FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have three pricing options: pay as you go (1 session at a time) - Highest cost per session. Best if you want maximum flexibility as your income allows. By the pack (4,8,12,16 sessions) - best value. for when you want multiple sessions, lower cost per session, flexibility in training schedule. Monthly - best for consistency. you know the specific days and times you want to train each week and know you’ll be available to train for at least 30(31) days. No contract required, cancel anytime

Male, 52 years old, untrained, starting weight: 250lbs. Took 10mo to get down to 200lbs Female, 24 years old, untrained, starting weight: 146lbs. Took 1 year to get down to 115lbs How long it takes depends on your goals, timeline, and level of commitment. If you need short-term results for an upcoming event, it may require a very aggressive, often non sustainable, training and nutrition program. If you want long-term sustainable results, you can ramp up slowly but you must be consistent, results will take longer.
