Saint arrived on time, engaged with the piano, and tuned it expertly. I'm a professional singer and voice teacher, and have experienced many piano tuners over the years. Saint was solid, and my piano sounds great.
Scot was a total professional. He is extremely communicative. He tuned my piano that had not been tuned for a decade plus. It sounds amazing. He is personable, helpful and reliable. I plan on keeping him as my piano tuner for as long as I have piano.
Steve Malloy was on time, knowledgeable, encouraging and was very pleasant. And our piano sounds great! It was a pleasure using Thumbtack to find a piano tuner and Steve was very professional in every way.
This is the best piano tuner in my life. Before, I had a lot of different tuners but he is the best and he is professional. I recommend him to all my friends and to all my relatives.
Todd provides excellent work on my harpsichords and piano. He's very responsible, consistent and really nice to work with. He's my go-to person for tuning, repairs, action work.
Our piano tuner from Artisan Piano Services is fabulous. We have requested for him 3 times! Artisan is most courteous and helpful with their scheduling and reminder emails and phone calls. Classic Pianos recommended them to us and we are very happy with our piano after each tuning. We recommend this company highly.
Saint is great. Really knows what he's doing. Punctual, informative, kind and personable. Looking forward to having him tune our piano next year.
He tuned our piano, was very knowledgeable about our particular piano and showed me things I didn't even know. Will definitely be calling him again.
Paul took outstanding care of our Steinway and taught us a lot a long the way. It sounds beautifully.
Top Notch, Quality Work, Knows His Profession Like Few Others, Reasonable Prices, Gets the Job Done and It's Superb When He's Finished.
I use a state of the art $350 tuning hammer made out of carbon fiber and African Bubinga. The finest tools produce the finest results, hands-down.
Lou services my piano about every 6 months, and does a great job. In addition to being a great tuner, he's also very knowledgeable about piano repairs, so he can fix every problem that comes up, from buzzing sounds, to pedals not working properly, to replacing the wheels, resetting the action, replacing strings, installing damp-chasers, and many other things that the piano needs to function. I'm a piano teacher, so my piano gets a lot of use and Lou keeps it in top shape.
Jeff was wonderful to work with. He was patient and able to work around my schedule and his price was wonderful! Thank you, Jeff!!
I am meticulous about the overall sound of each piano, because it is always so unique. My goal in tuning is to find the piano's sound and bring out the best in it.
