Scott did an outstanding job of tuning my Baldwin Spinet. He is dependable (on time), knowledgeable (has been involved in piano tuning for years) and extremely interesting, as he shared stories of his musical journey through the years. I would DEFINATELY recommend Scott and he will be the ONLY piano tuner I call from now on.

We purchased a piano that was about 100 years old, and hadn't been taken faery good care of for my 4 year old to play (with the idea of upgrading later if she stays with it.) Vitaliy came on time, was very professional, confirmed what services were to be done, suggested some additional adjustments (without a price increase) and explained the steps along the way. He spent 4 hours at our home, and made a world of difference with the piano. I wholly recommend Vitaliy as your piano tuner/technician, He does an excellent job, very courteous, professional, diligent, and pleasant. We've found a piano tech as long as he'll put up with us! Couldn't have been better.

Our piano tuner from Artisan Piano Services is fabulous. We have requested for him 3 times! Artisan is most courteous and helpful with their scheduling and reminder emails and phone calls. Classic Pianos recommended them to us and we are very happy with our piano after each tuning. We recommend this company highly.

Lou services my piano about every 6 months, and does a great job. In addition to being a great tuner, he's also very knowledgeable about piano repairs, so he can fix every problem that comes up, from buzzing sounds, to pedals not working properly, to replacing the wheels, resetting the action, replacing strings, installing damp-chasers, and many other things that the piano needs to function. I'm a piano teacher, so my piano gets a lot of use and Lou keeps it in top shape.
