Regarding pricing, it's advisable to visit the area where the work will be done to get a clear estimate. For example, cleaning a flat roof is not the same as cleaning a sloped roof; the difficulty increases, and so does the price. I recommend visiting your project to get an accurate estimate.

1. I'll get to know your project. 2. I'll send you a quote. 3. If you accept, we'll start when the client decides. 4. Once the work is finished, you pay.
