With over 200 home flips of our own in the last 8 years, remodeling and preparing homes for market is one of our specialties. We know exactly where to invest (and where not to) to make the biggest impact without overspending. Plus, through Compass Concierge, you can access up to $25,000 of your home’s equity to use toward upgrades to help your home stand out and sell for more.
For buyers, I don’t just rely on the MLS active homes. If there aren’t enough homes that match what you’re looking for, we proactively search off-market — including sending letters to homeowners in your target areas. In fact, our only 1-star review came from a homeowner who wasn’t thrilled to get one of those letters — but it was all part of trying to find the perfect home for a buyer of ours.

He was kind and patient with me. I had owned my home for 23 years and raised my kids and grandkids in this home. Many things were sentimental and precious to me in my home. He respected me and my emotional times.. I only wanted to work with him as I had many choices to work with others. I got to know him on a personal level with his wedding and personal goals ahead of him.He also took the time to know me and I am going to use him for my next sale of my property in the near future.He is my hero dont go anywhere else because he went up and over beyond to get me the best price for my home and felt that he always had my back.

We wanted to sell our Green Lake Seattle home, and had talked with many real estate as well as house-flipping people before we met Davey. We had ALMOST contracted with one real estate agent,then had seriously considered offers from three "as-is" house-flippers. We even hired a lawyer to review a contract with a house-flipper. We literally had the contract in our hands to sign and drop off at the house-flipper...but they could not guarantee that the price they were offering would be the final price that they paid us. We were so glad to have changed direction and made our decision to work with Davey. He knows the market, the way real estate sales work, and is a compassionate listener, which was necessary for us, as we flip-flopped around regarding our decision to sell. He worked with Jared Holland from JH1 to upgrade our home cosmetically. He guided our decision making when a bidding war emerged. In the end, we netted more than we would have if we had gone with a house-flipper, and furthermore, we felt good about the whole process. We highly recommend Davey Wilde!

Davey Wilde and his team were amazing to work with! We started working with Davey in late spring/early summer 2022 as we were planning our big move across the country. Davey was absolutely amazing to work with! He has such a wealth of knowledge on the different neighborhoods/areas, different homes, etc. that helped us narrow down where we wanted to live. This was all so great because we didn't know anything about the area (I had never even been!). Davey helped us so much by conducting virtual meetings, he and his team (shoutout to LeJhon)! showed homes for us when we came to visit, and we did virtual tours as well. Davey really listened to what we wanted in a home and area and helped us find the perfect spot. We couldn't have asked for a better experience moving our family across the country. We are so happy with our new home that we moved into in October 2022!

Davey is a very professional real estate agent. We got a referral of him from our previous agent in Vancouver BC. We worked with him after failing to purchase a home for more than half a year. And we got our ideal home after just a month working with Davey. He showed market statistics, home comparable and wrote offer with us in video chats and he is super clear in explaining every details. He will offer his honest opinion on the home tours and has a good tactic negotiating with the listing agents. He knows what the listing agent want, and we even got our offer accepted with price below the other two competing offers.

I cannot recommend Davey enough! My spouse and I bought our first home in November, starting the process in early September. Davey was referred to us by a friend and I'm so glad we were introduced. He answered our MANY questions with patience and took on the role of a coach while we traversed the real-estate market for the first time. He suggested several loan partners, one of which we ended up working with after doing our own extensive due diligence. Davey also had suggestions for sewer scope vendors and inspectors, (both of which were fantastic) and took it upon himself to call the city when it was unclear if a root intrusion near the city main should be fixed by us, the seller, or the city. Davey was prompt and communicative. He helped ease all of our anxieties and fears and continues to go the extra mile for us, even though we're closed and already moved into our new home! I fully intend on working with Davey when it comes time to purchase a new home and/or sell our current home. His market knowledge is extensive and he takes it upon himself to work with like minded individuals who provide data to back up their advice. 10/10 would highly recommend, especially to first time buyers!
