Eric and his team quickly found the tenants for our rental house. They took care of most things so we only paid minimal effort renting the house. Also, they were very efficient communicating the work order status, the prices for fixing the problems were reasonable. In total, we are very happy choosing to work with them on our rental house. We were first time home buyers and Gavin was awesome at helping us get through the process! He was more than happy to spend extra time explaining each step to us. Also, while we were visiting houses he provided great, honest opinions and never made us feel pressured to make a buy. In fact he did the opposite and really encouraged us to take our time and make sure we found something we really liked. We had been warned by numerous people that Realtors tend to really push you to buy quickly so they got a quick buck but with Gavin it was apparent he really cared about us finding a great home not matter how long it took. We would recommend Gavin to anyone!

I've owned a condo in Lakeview for about 9 years, and it's managed by another management company. Our management fees have gone up regularly, and we have been hit with special fees after the "projects". Not to mention, getting issues/concerns dealt was virtually impossible. I thought this was the way property management went, and I had to deal with it. When I got married, I became more involved with my husband’s condo, and the dealings with his property management company, APMPros, Let me tell you, I have been blown away by the major differences! The APMPros makes their owners feel like family, instead of just a sales number. When I saw how attentive Jim and his staff was to all our needs, I was pleasantly shocked! Issues are addressed immediately, with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and respect. The APMPros has established transparent pricing and strong relationships with various contractors and vendors, which boils down to excellent service at very low costs to us. I continue to be impressed by the quality of service and professionalism APMPros demonstrates on a regular basis. Someone like me will definitely notice such outstanding service, as I have dealt with other management companies who fail to measure up. I would highly recommend Christy Rice as a property manager. I have worked with her for almost 5 years and have been extremely satisfied with her responsiveness and her ability to market and rent my unit. Over the past 4.5 years that I have worked with Christy my unit has only been vacant 2 weeks and I have only had two tenants - an extremely low turnover - which reaps all kinds of long term benefits, like less wear and tear on the unit. Christy was able to accomplish this through her great customer services to the renters and her shrewd knowledge of the market. I completely attribute the success of my rental to Christy. I had never planned on being a 'landlord' and Christy has been the perfect property manager for me. She keeps me update to date and informed about my unit while making owning a second property completely effortless.

I am writing to recommend the services of Comble Property Management ("Comble"). In June 2012, I contracted with Comble to manage my Carnation rental property and have always been completely satisfied. Louis and his team do an exceptional job. They communicate extremely well and provide excellent guidance when issues arise. I was pleased with their reasonable fees, as well. Furthermore, Comble has a ready source of multiple suppliers that provide excellent work product at fair prices. These maintenance and emergency jobs can be stressful, but not with Comble on the job. This was especially important for me, as I do not live in WA any longer. During our engagement, I was never disappointed with the results and am happy to recommend the services of Comble. I am so glad I found Hemlane, the free trial allowed me get familiar with the software, their agent helped me find my tenant within a week! I've been a client of T-Square Properties for my rental home for the past 2 years going on 3. They are friendly, highly trained and responsive, literally, I get a response within a business day, phone, email, even texts! They are easy to get a hold of and are specialized by departments: leasing, accounting, maintenance, etc. The leasing team visited my home within a couple days of signing on and made their recommendations and allowed me to do some of the work myself. My home was rented within a few days of being listed and the tenants are taking great care of my home. I know this, because they send me a periodic survey report along with pictures every few months. I know my home is in good hands with T-Square Properties and highly recommend them. In fact, I've referred a couple people and they have been very happy as well!

    What does a property management company do?

    Why is property management important?

    Do property managers need to be licensed?
