Nif did a wonderful job booking our recent British Isles cruise with DCL! She researched all the parts of the trip and reserved our flights, pre-cruise hotel, and ground transportation, in addition to the cruise itself. She suggested where to eat in London and things to do in our brief time there. She found a comprehensive travel insurance option to provide peace of mind, and when we experienced a flight delay, she assured us that she would be ready to help if we needed it. Nif’s attention to detail and research skills made us feel very confident in our trip, and we had a fabulous time!
