Introduction: Customized private violin lessons for all ages, abilities and styles, online/in-person. In-Studio or Online, the choice is yours!
My goal is primarily to teach my students, but also to make sure they experience the love of music in a professional, fun, pressure-free and judgement-free educational environment. Each student (children or adult),receives the individualized attention they need, using Suzuki, American and European methods. I design each lesson according to my students’ abilities and make the necessary changes once I become more familiar with their needs. I am teaching for over 20 years, in Europe and the USA, students as young as 7 years and as old as 70!

When I first started playing the violin, I had never played an instrument before, nor did I know how to read music.

Laura is a wonderful violin teacher. She has vast teaching and playing experiences which translates well into the classroom. I enjoyed her guidance on “getting back on the horse” after not playing violin for a couple of years. She assessed my skill level, met me where I was, and helped me get back on track with my technique. She is consistent, honest, and a wonderful violinist. Those are all qualities that I value in a violin teacher. I highly recommend.
