I've been pretty impressed with Varta so far, the team consists of an elite group of trainers with various specialties of fitness. I trust these guys and truly appreciate how committed they are to their clients health. Its been a long time since I've had a training program that got me looking and feeling as good as I do! Its been so motivating seeing the results I've achieved after about 8 weeks of training, its inspired me to start eating cleaner and I've noticed major changes physically and cognitively. I love lifting weights! I have been working with one of their strength coaches for years. I rely heavily on him for excercise advice, supplementation tips, as well as just general information about health and fitness. I really trust these guys, and would recommend them to anyone. :)Sep 21, 2013
I first approached my trainer from Varta Fitness about improving my performance in basketball. He quickly took me through the paces, introducing me to Olympic Lifts and teaching me more about plyometrics than I knew there was to learn! - What types of customers have you worked with?Our staff provide onsite and in-studio personal training, strength coaching, yoga instruction, and yoga therapy! Our sessions are 60 minutes long, and we accept both individuals and groups of two.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?A fitness professional is like a four-legged stool with education, certification, personality, and experience for legs. No one of these qualities if more important than the other, and without each the personal trainer is useless. You should only work with fitness professionals who have formal education in kinesiology and dietetics, are certified through reputable organizations (no online or weekend certifications), are friendly and personable, and who have experience helping people achieve goals similar to yours.
