Jeff is awesome and a great teacher I've been getting guitar lessons for 3 months now and I've learned so much he's the man
Joshua has been a joy to have in our home, leading two of our children in guitar lessons weekly. I have been astounded at the growth they have exhibited. Josh is a great teacher, the kids love him...he is incredibly patient, positive, and kind. I trust him. He is great at tailoring his lessons to fit the student, meeting them where they are in skill level and setting goals for improvement. Moving at a pace that is comfortable but challenging. We look forward to many years of what our family calls "Guitar Joshua Tuesdays" Thanks Josh!
My son has been taking guitar lessons from Simon for 2 years. He is now 12 years old and has become very proficient for his age. I have loved that my son has not only learned to strum chords but has learned to read music, tab, and to play many finger style pieces from many different genres. He teaches my son the background history of many songs and introduces his to so many different genres. We have had an amazing experience with Simon. I recommend him to all of my friends who have kids interested in guitar and look forward to a bright, talented, musical future with my son.
My son has had guitar lessons with Dylan for over a year and still enjoys learning. I appreciate the positive rapport he has with my son and his willingness to be flexible with our sometimes crazy schedule when he can.
I needed to hire a substitute piano teacher to run my piano studio for a week. Scott Ring responded immediately and my students thoroughly enjoyed his expertise. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. I have also been to his Studio and he has the latest technology and is up-to-date on his teaching methods I highly recommend him as a teacher. I have also hired him to teach guitar in my studio once a week. Terri Ring Spokane Valley
Sean responded quickly to the post for lessons. Very professional and helpful. Did great with my teen daughter who didn't want to be there in the first place (I just wanted her to try it). Personable, able to meet her at her level. Taught in her language (teen language) which was effective. Highly recommend Sean and want to come back with my son, who actually wants to learn.
I have been studying guitar under Kris for the last 8 years and I have enjoyed every minute of our time together. She has already taught me so much and continues to encourage, teach, and push me to try new things every week. Under her tutelage, I have grown in my playing by leaps and bounds, studying bass guitar, vocal, fingerstyle, lead guitar, and even classical guitar. Kris is very open to teaching you the in style(s) that you want to play and is not afraid to learn something new to help you grow in your playing. She is always encouraging, loving, and amazing. I will always keep music in my life because of Kris. She has been and continues to be my inspiration.
I've just started lessons with Teague and he's already proving that you CAN teach an Old Dog new tricks! He meets me at my level and passes along tips and tricks to undo some bad habits and relearn proper techniques. I eagerly look forward to further progress.
Post Falls Music Academy is a wonderful place for music lessons. The teachers are enthusiastic, patient and make learning fun. Our son really enjoys lessons with his teacher.
I love working with people. I don't only work with students on playing music, but also with posture, tension avoidance / reduction, as well as the mechanics of the piano itself.
I love to teach. I love to see people grow and learn. Helping others achieve their goals and dreams is very satisfying for me.
What I do is I teach anyone who wants to learn about playing the guitar or a drum set. I personally will come to my customers' houses to teach them. I have been playing for 2 and a half years. I am also in the process of learning myself. In the time that I have been playing, I know more than I should.

"The BURROWS GUITAR ACADEMY exists for the MOTIVATED guitar student, to bring high quality CONTENT, keeping them ACCOUNTABLE and MENTORING them in how to play the guitar." My goal isn't to be a teacher to provide information, but to be a mentor and walk you through the process.
I'm just trying to find work. This business is not established currently, but I wouldn't mind taking on a few students to make some extra cash. I've been playing the guitar for most of my life and I can provide a solid foundation for a beginning guitar player.
First meeting/lesson: no charge to you. This meeting will determine whether we might have a favorable "student/teacher" relationship. Future lessons: pay only what you can afford to pay me, or the amount you feel the lesson was worth to you. I am humble and have always believed in the "reap/sow" factor in life. If you were born with a "gifted ear", I will teach you how to first tune your guitar to the song you are wanting to learn - that will enable you to actually FIND the basic guitar chords being played in that song.
Learn basic skills, finger picking, tuning, styles, cords, learning songs, 5string or 4string and 6 string guitar electric or acoustic I have been playing bass and guitar for over 30+ years and have everything I need to teach right in my own home one on one. Or anywhere you want it to happen. the important thing is to get started so you can improve your skills and start having fun playing your favorite songs.
I am a college student who is looking to give lessons to all levels of guitar players for $10 per 30-min lessons. I know music theory, classical guitar, rock and numerous soloing techniques. Improve your musical ability within weeks!
Over the past eleven years, Scott has enjoyed an active career as a performer, composer, accompanist, and instructor. The diversity of both his educational and professional experience have left him well versed in a wide variety of musical settings. Though Scott's first love is jazz and blues guitar, he also has had the opportunity to play with a number of Northwest based rock and indie groups as well as to compose and accompany for the Seattle dance community and the James Knapp Orchestra. As a young musician, Scott was hired to play in the pit orchestra for Stage Door to the Future, a theatre program for youth with Eastern Washington University's theater department. Scott studied composition and music theory at the University of Oregon (Eugene, OR) where he also became well versed in ear training. He later transferred to Cornish College of the Arts where he completed his BFA in performance. Scott has recently founded the group Soul Trauma, an original rhythm and blues group that debuts his role as a lead vocalist. His wide range of experience has left him with great appreciation for many different styles and disciplines. Scott has worked extensively with students of all ages as a freelance guitar instructor; a substitute teacher at Discovery School, a K through 6th grade institution (Spokane, WA); and as a guitar instructor at Musical Mind Studio (Mercer Island, WA). Watching his students progress over time and find themselves in their instruments is one of Scott's great loves. As a teacher, he constantly strives for a one-on-one relationship with each student, always searching where his experience and skills can best serve the individual. Above all, Scott has a great passion for his craft, and he hopes to share his experience with many others. I look forward to working with you! Scott Williams
