Introduction: The experience, mostly. I have learned the best asset to have with computers is patients. You cant rush good work,being organized during disassemble and reassembly results in a good job, not having to come back and satisfied customers.
Helping people. I get a kick out of seeing their face when the computer they thought was dead, along with all of their data, comes back to life.

I was very pleased to finally find someone I could trust and feel very comfortable with for my computer needs. I am a 65 year old with not A lot of computer savvy. Brad was very patient with me and I thank him for that. I also felt safe with letting him take my computer home with him to finish fixing the problem. Brad went above and beyond just fixing my computer he saved documents for me without me asking (which made my life easier) And for the many hours he put into fixing my computer, the amount he charged could have much higher.
