Chef Mitchell and his wonderful staff catered my husband's 50th birthday party for about 45 guests. He helped us put together an incredible menu, beverages and atmosphere for the event. He was able to be professional, yet personal in his attention to every detail. Chef Mitchell made sure to listen and implement my vision and tailor it to my husband's taste. Guests were raving about the excellent food and the presentation. I appreciated having someone come in and take care of all the details of service, seating, decorations and other arrangements. It was great to be able to relax and enjoy all of our guests, knowing their needs were being attended to by the staff. It was a wonderful, memorable evening. We are already planning on a smaller event for Chef Mitchell to be able to share his talents as a chef in the near future. I would recommend Always Cook-N to anyone for all types of events, both small and large without any hesitation. Chef Mitchell provides top-notched catering with a focus on fabulous food and personalized service.

Punctual, organized, and a perfectionist - everything I am and everything I expect from someone who's handed this crucial part of a function. My husband treated me this Christmas with a certificate for a personal chef - the best gift ever! We have had so many delicious meals delivered to our home by Chef Mitchell. He really listens and customizes the meals for my family and everything is so fresh and organic. So nice to work hard all day and know there are wonderful, healthy meals waiting for us at the end of the day. I can tell that Chef Mitchell loves what he does - it's an art! Again, the best present ever!

I would highly recommend Mitch just for his tasty culinary skills. He is a talented chef and expert caterer. But as an added bonus, Mitch brings his friendly, easy-going personality to the table. He does a speedy pre-party set-up and a thorough post-party clean-up, in-between making sure everything runs smoothly and the guests are happy. I've been to at least three events that he's catered and I plan to hire him for my next big party. Without hesitation.
