FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should be given pricing options in order to help solve their problem regardless of budget. There are many quality options when choosing doors, openers, and repair parts. A quality installation of a part or product can help dictate the life of that product. My pricing is very straight forward and transparent. Customer is informed on what they are getting for their quote and also what to expect from each product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The main priority with working with all customers is listening to their issue and recommending based off of their concerns. An experienced technician can find a solutions to fit the customers needs and address their concerns. Selling products or services that don't cater to what the customer wants leaves them unsatisfied and that's unacceptable to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our craft is learned by doing! I've been working in garage doors since I was 8 years old. You start by watching and listening and move on to helping with small tasks and so on. Through that time you learn how to handle each and every situaution. The main thing is to always being open to learning something new.
