Josh has a broad background of experiences to draw from with residential and commercial projects, he helped me by suggesting alternatives that saved time and money on my rental turnaround. His spanish is superb and most useful in coordinating with my other subs where English was not their first language. Josh not only understood the language, but also communicated in reference to cultural differences in order to get them onboard with difficult sequences.
