- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Advise is Free! Happy to meet with you on sight to discuss your project, install, or repair needs and provide you with a free verbal or written estimate depending on size and scope of job. If you are looking for same day, cheapest bottom line solution, I am NOT the right person for that! I self perform many tasks and may not be able hear the phone to respond immediately. Specific Jobs such as appliance installs have Individual Base Minimum fees with specific maximum install times. I have a base minimum service fee of $165.00 up to 2 Hrs. $65/Hr if work goes beyond 2 hours. Keep in mind every install and job is unique, unknown elements such as older homes, do-it yourselfers and unscrupulous contractors that have done work on your home in the past may have created a situation that has complicated your install or repair. I always do my best to be fast, productive and add value for all of my clients wherever possible, most of all to complete all repairs and installs with Integrity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make Initial contact, identify client needs, gather information, photos, basic contact and billing info, Identify project budget and timeline. Set up a time to meet with client to access scope of work and identify any required materials. Calculate estimated material and labor costs. Provide the client with Estimate.
