Glenn D. says, "John from State Plumbing responded quickly and explained over phone whats happening to my water heater and recommended a replacement since rusted heater cant be fixed. He quoted a fair price for a 12 year warranty Rheem and came to install it the next day which was a Sunday. John is a through and through professional and does not oversell. He was able to install the new heater in less than an hour. Unfortunately the heater had a fault and it broke down the next day. John was super quick to spring in to action and visited us the same day. He spent quite a bit of time working with Rheem to find the cause. He then ordered the replacement parts and visited us to fix it right after they got delivered in 2 days. Overall, John's customer obsession was spot on and I would highly recommend him any water heater replacement."See more

Scott P. says, "We were looking to have a new stainless steel kitchen sink installed and RossCo Service Plumbers did great. Daniel was on time, polite, and went over costs before starting. Daniel and his colleague helped remove/dispose our old enameled iron/steel sink, redo plumbing so it's more pushed towards the back, and also trim back the PEX plumbing we had that stuck a little over a foot out of the wall with connectors that I was told commonly leak. He also added a valve to it so it can be shut off at the sink or our manifold. He also helped me with salvaging a bent sink that was unfortunately sold to me by Home Depot and you can barely tell where it was now. Everything was fully sealed and looks great and no issues since service. Thanks again!"See more
