We thought it would be nice to offer a service that has the customer in mind. With that being our goal we have come up with a phenomenal list of helpful service's. These service's are average run of the mill DIY types. I have a Question for you. Do you really love painting that playroom? Do you have time? What about the laundry that has been piling up? Summer is just right around the corner. Do you just need a little help? Or what about that creative idea that you just need to put together? It was a little bit of a rough start, but that was a blessing in disguise because through that I was able to see true character. As a small business owner myself, taking not only pride for what you do is crucial but having the small town heart To go along with it is what makes the relationships in business worth keep going. These ladies are full of integrity, and when I had to pop in to grab some things my house felt alive! Full of great energy. Cleaning was extremely thorough! Will keep this relationship for sure!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I the pricing metric is based on the size of the home and if extras are needed like laundry that is an additional charge. I charge 28-38an hour with a two hour minimum . If it is a 2 person job I charge a standard rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk through however that's not always possible. I have a questionnaire that helps me to provide the services that a customer needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will receive my II CRC in June in which I will update. I have volunteered for the Red Cross in disaster relief and clean up in 2005. I also beginning classes to refresh my certification in disaster relief.
