- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing typically depends on a few things- the size of the house, whether it’s a move-out cleaning service, one-time cleaning service, or recurring. Typically the recurring jobs are cheaper due to the overall cleanliness of the house being in better shape than a one time deep clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new clients is to get to know them and get a clear list of what work they would like provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked at Tacoma Public School and The University of Puget Sound as a Building Specialist where I received Cleaning Specialist Certifications.
