- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A consultation can be done over the phone, with an estimate, based on house size and other details of the job. 3 hours minimum for one job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a general cleaning quote over the phone; text or call. From there, we figure out a date that works best, I add you to the calendar & we get the job done ✔️
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would make sure that the provider knows exactly what you are looking for, and give detailed instructions so that they could meet all of your requirements. Cheaper service isn’t always the best. Someone who charges more for the job will most likely work harder to get the job done better.
